The Ignition Project

The Hide, London Glassblowing and Jensen’s Gin are collaborating to raise funds for the local ‘Ignition Brewery’ project, a new scheme to train adults with learning disabilities the art of brewing and to set up a micro brewery.

The Hide will be offering the “Clever Club” cocktail, based on the traditional Clover Club, made with Jensen’s sloe gin, Old Tom gin, lemon, home made grenadine & egg white for £10.
20% of the proceeds will go to the project, and everyone who orders will be entered in to a draw to win a Paradiso Platter from London Glassblowing (worth around £2,000). A Clever cocktail for a clever collaboration!
The draw will be held at Festival.
For their “Paradise Project” they have based their cocktail ‘Clever Club’ on a classic clover club. This drink will feature Jensen sloe gin, lemon, home made grenadine & egg white.
The cost of the cocktail will be £10 of which 20% will go to the project and everyone who orders will be entered in to a draw to win a Paradiso Platter from London Glassblowing (worth around £2,000).
