“Eddie’s Chilli Jams were created by Mo Ellis to accommodate her diverse family’s love of chilli.
Named after her father Edwin Ellis, Mo’s range of jams are cooked in small stove top batches using ingredients of superior quality to produce high content, sweet flavoursome chilli jam with a definitive kick!
Eddie’s Chilli Jams are available in three favours, - Sweet Chilli, Scotch Bonnet and deep rich Sundried Tomatoes. They are an excellent accompaniment to cold meats, chicken or fish. Try them with your favourite cheese or use as a dip or marinade. On a simplistic level, try on hot buttered granary toast!
