For 2016 Festival will be accepting On line bookings for stalls.

Applications may be made, supported by the appropriate documentation and supporting questions through the website.

Once approved an Invoice will be issued, and due within 7 calendar days.

Upon Payment your involvement will be confirmed.

For 2016 there is an interactive map for Festival on which your location will be included. To fully include your participation you will be required to create a Login to Mapme.Com. which will allow access to the pin representing your stall, and a link to do so will be provided once payment has been received. No communication will arise from the Email address used for the Login.

Locations are approximate based on the magnification level used, and should not be changed other than by Festival organisers. As Festival develops adjacent stallholders will be shown and any requests to move stall locations should be sent to [email protected].

Every year we receive requests from Festival visitors seeking to locate a purchase they regret not making, for 2016 this map will remain live until 2017, enabling a post Festival marketing opportunity.
